The Trustee company may compulsorily redeem any units held directly or beneficially in contravention of these prohibitions.

Each Unitholder is advised to consult his/her own professional advisor concerning possible consequences of purchasing, holding, selling, converting or otherwise disposing of the Units of Tata Mutual Fund under the laws of his/her State/country of incorporation, establishment, citizenship, residence or domicile.
