Tata Asset Management has a dedicated Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which aims to safeguard the mental health of Employees and their family members. We have partnered with a leading service provider to drive this initiative. The Broad areas covered EAP are Counselling Services, Wellness and Self Help Resources.

Employee Volunteering

Tata Asset Management believes in giving back to society. We have tied up with an NGO partner for employee volunteering. Employees devote their time over the weekend to tutor children from Class 3 โ€“ Class 8 on various subjects. We also work closely with Tata Sustainability Group for the Volunteering initiatives where our employees and family members have enthusiastically come forward and registered for various projects under the flagship program - Pro-Engage 16
